To provide strategic and technical leadership, governance oversight, and integrated programme management for multi-year education infrastructure portfolios, ensuring that all projects are planned, executed, monitored, and closed in accordance with EIMC’s technical standards, statutory obligations, and organisational performance expectations. The role exists to translate national education infrastructure priorities into executable delivery programmes; to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and to provide authoritative reporting and assurance to the Head – Infrastructure Development and Programme Delivery, Executive Management, and relevant oversight bodies. The Senior Programme Manager is accountable for driving delivery excellence, safeguarding value for money, and ensuring that infrastructure outputs meet quality, safety, sustainability, and stakeholder requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Master’s degree will be added advantage.
- Professional registration (ERB, RICS, etc.) required.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure delivery, with at least 5 years in programme leadership.
