To lead the cost management, commercial governance, and contract administration function across EIMC’s infrastructure programmes, ensuring that all projects are delivered within approved budgets, time, specification, contractual obligations, and value-for-money principles. The role provides authoritative cost planning, tender documentation, procurement support, contract negotiation, valuation, claims management, and financial reporting. It ensures that commercial risks are identified, quantified, and mitigated; that contractors are held accountable for performance; and that EIMC’s financial exposure is controlled through rigorous cost assurance mechanisms. The Senior Quantity Surveyor also mentors Junior Quantity Surveying staff, strengthens organisational cost-management capability, and supports the Head – Infrastructure Development and Programme Delivery with strategic commercial insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
- Professional registration with Quantity Surveying Registration Board (QSRC).
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in infrastructure (Building, Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering) projects.
