MW Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead and oversee research projects, provide strategic insights, and support evidence-based decision-making across a range of business and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and implement comprehensive research projects.
- Analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed research reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor junior research staff.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to research ethics and standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a business-related field (e.g. Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline).
- A postgraduate qualification (e.g., PhD or relevant certification) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in a similar research or consultancy role.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
