Senior SAP HCM & Organisational Development Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimise SAP HCM: PA, OM, Time, Payroll, ESS/MSS, Talent
- Implement and enhance SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA HCM solutions
- Lead organisational development and change-management initiatives
- Oversee data migration, integration testing, and go-live support
- Mentor internal teams and deliver end-user training.
- 15+ years SAP HCM experience with 4+ full-cycle implementations
- Proven track record in OD/HR transformation
- Strong SuccessFactors and S/4HANA expertise
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership
