Reporting to Senior Specialist: Monitoring (Physical & Surveillance), the position will be responsible for leading and managing security officers in the delivery of security services and procedures (access control, surveillance, perimeter and building patrols, customer care and asset protection).

CCTV Operator Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Specialist: Control Room, the position will be responsible for monitoring employees, customers and the product by operating and maintaining CCTV system, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behaviour and contacting their seniors, when necessary, in adherence with security processes, protocols, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the movement of customers, visitors and service providers into and out of the building by ensuring smooth and organised flow.

- Signing off all products and assets that come in and out of the ODC premises.

Requirements
- A Diploma in Security Management.
- 3 years’ security experience, at Supervisory level in high value / protected security area can be accepted in lieu of formal education.
- 2 years security experience high security and professional environment.
- Strong expertise in the security and movement of diamond products and or high value products.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of diamond security systems, protocols and access controls.
- A BGCSE plus a Certificate in General Security Management.
- 4 years’ security experience, including experience in a relevant high security and professional environment.
- A BGCSE and a CCTV Operator Certificate.
- 3 years’ CCTV operation experience including experience in a relevant high security and professional environment.
