Key Responsibilities
- Ability to read/interpret Engineering drawings
- Excellent HSE Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of the MQWM Act, Botswana
- Ability to develop basic risk assessment and associated risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Must have Bachelor of Engineering (honours) Degree in production Engineering
- Certificate in Basic CNC Technology
- Minimum 10 years in a heavy steel fabrication workshop and/or mining environment and a minimum of 5 years in a senior position.
- Experience in heavy steel fabrication and installation of mining type equipment such as chutes, silos, Ultra-seps, bins, Pachukas, screens, crushers, mills, boilers, etc
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
