Key Responsibilities

• Receive clients vehicles that require work to be carried out from the workshop.
• Confirm work needed to be carried out on the vehicle
• Update clients on progress of their vehicle while being worked on within the workshop.
• Share with the client relevant cost related to work being carried out. While obtaining authorisation for additional work.
• Handover completed vehicles and explain work that has been carried out as per Job Card.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years as a service advisor in the motor industry.
• Minimum of Cambridge Form 5 or BGCSE Qualification.
• Should have basic technical knowledge on how vehicles work and its components.
• Should be able to speak fluent English and Setswana.
• Should have excellent communications skills.
• Should have excellent personal skills.
• Should have problem solving skills.
• Should be timely and meticulous.
• Should be able to work within a high pressure environment.
• Should be a team player.
• Should be computer literate.
• Should be well versed to work on Microsoft word and Excel.
