Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety, health, and environmental policies within the centre
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Organize safety drills, training sessions, and awareness programs
- Promote a culture of health, safety, and inclusion
- Handle incident reporting and emergency response procedures
Requirements
- Certificate in Public Health or Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
- Relevant experience in disability services is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and committed to inclusive service delivery.
- No experience required, but having worked with children with disabilities will be an added advantage
- Adhering to principles and values
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation.
- Understanding of environmental regulations.
- Competence in risk management techniques.
Salary
P65 508 per annum
