Lotren Supplies Company is seeking a Shop Assistant to join our Health Shop team. We are
looking for a friendly, motivated individual who is passionate about health and wellness and
enjoys working with customers in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting health products, supplements, and natural remedies
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer needs
• Handle sales transactions, including operating the POS system and ensuring accuracy
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Stay updated on product knowledge to better assist customers
Requirements
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Interest in health and wellness products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Prior retail experience is an added advantage but not required
• High school certificate or equivalent
