Key Responsibilities
- Oversee butchery & retail operations
- Supervise & motivate staff
- Manage stock control & inventory
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Maintain records & deliver great customer service
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Management
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
- Inventory & Stock Control Skills
- Proficient in MS Office & POS Systems
