CDK (Pty) Ltd is seeking a suitably experienced and vibrant Site Agent to join its technical team to manage road construction projects and report directly to the Technical Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project through Ms Project or similar project management tool.
- Coordinating daily site activities through site Engineers and other site personnel
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- Liaison with the Resident Engineer and other Supervisory staff
- Producing monthly project progress reports
- Ensuring and implementation of effective production and cost control measures.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) in the Professional category, with a valid Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in civil engineering works.
- At least 5 years proven experience working as a Site Agent on road construction projects.
- Willingness and ability to work in remote project locations.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
