Position: Site Agent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-site day-to- day activities
- Ensure project meet quality, safety, time, and budget objectives
- Plan and oversee resource allocation for efficient project delivery
- Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination
- Prepare monthly reports and progress monitoring
- Stakeholder management
Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
- 8 years post graduate experience, including at least 3 years in Road Construction
- MUST be registered with Engineers Registration Board (ERB) in the professional category, with valid practising certificate
