Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) (graduate or professional category) and hold a valid ERB practising certificate. This role requires a professional with over 3 years of experience as a Site Agent and a degree in Construction or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Oversee and manage construction site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

•             Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.

•             Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.

•             Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.

•             Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

•             Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

•             Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field.

•             Registration with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and a valid ERB practising certificate.

–              1 should be registered under graduate category

–              1 should be registered under professional category.

•             Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Site Agent.

•             Strong leadership and management skills.

•             Excellent problem-solving abilities.

•             Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•             Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
