JOB VACANCY:
**SITE COORDINATOR/ SITE MANAGER**
Requirements
- Educational certificates
- 5+ years of experience in drilling (surface)
- Do invoice and request quotes
- Experience in drilling deep holes and PQ
- Familiarity with drilling logistics
- Ability to work in remote areas
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills
- Problem-solving abilities under pressure, with the capability to work long hours
- Good communication skills
- Deep knowledge of drilling, hole casing, mud mixing, chemicals, and well planning
- Strong understanding of fracturing evaluation and diagnosing hole problems
- Must be of sober habits
- At least 3 consecutive years of service in one company
