Site Lead (BHR-OL-2026002)
Job Summary
Responsible for providing high quality service to clients through management of operational aspects of contract.
Key Responsibilities
i. Oversees daily wireline geophysical operations, ensuring services are delivered on time according to client specifications.
ii. Supervises the collection of geophysical data ensuring data is accurate.
iii. Communicates with clients to explain findings, and provide timely reports based on data collected.
iv. Ensures all wireline logging activities comply with safety standards and industry best practice.
v. Ensure the proper maintenance, calibration and repair of wireline logging equipment. Troubleshoots and resolves any technical issues that arise during operations.
vi. Prepares and presents regular reports on operational performance, team progress and client feedback.
vii. Maintains accurate records of all site activities and results.
Qualifications & Experience
i. Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics, Geosciences, or a related field.
ii. Minimum 5 years proven experience in managing teams in field operations, preferably in geophysics (mining/exploration).
iii. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
