Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement intervention strategies to address behavioural issues.
- To carry out assessments during community-based rehabilitation out-reaches.
- To manage the transition programme for learners.
- Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.
- To conduct assessment of children’s and trainees needs.
- To Liaise with other professionals in-relation to appropriate interventions.
Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Social work
- EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years working as a social worker, preferably having worked with children with intellectual and physical disabilities.
- REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Adhering to principles and values
- Assessment and Case Management Skills
- Counselling and Support Skills
Salary
P108 444 per annum
