Key Responsibilities
- (i) Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
- (ii) Assess the needs of the student and the student’s family.
- (iii) Design, implement interventions/ programmes and monitor outcomes for identified students’ needs.
- (v) Provide resources that are helpful to students in their social, psychological and emotional adjustment.
- (vi) Liaise with internal and external services providers to address psycho-social issues of students.
- (vii) Advocate for specific psychosocial services to meet the welfare and academic needs of students.
- (viii) Provide crisis intervention and emergency services to clients with emotional distress.
- (ix) Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and interventions provided.

- Applicants should have (i) A Masters’ degree in Social Work, Counselling or related qualifications.
- Other Requirements: (i) Strong case intervention skills including individual, group, family, and community counselling.
- (ii) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
