Key Responsibilities
- The candidate must accurately obtain and input Guest profile information for spa reservations.
- Ensure all the necessary information is received from the arriving guests prior to their stay
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share through spa bookings
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Management in Hospitality from a well-established and accredited institution
- Must poses 5 – 10 years’ experience in Hospitality and Guest relations
- Must possess strong communication skills and must be proficient with Res-request and modern Spa systems
- Expertise in market research, data analysis, and developing new clientele channels
- Updated curriculum vitae and traceable work history
- The candidate must have strong computer skills and be excellent with Pastel, Microsoft and Excel models
