Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Botswana Government Law Enforcement Agencies on matters relating to diamond security and related criminal activities.
  • Collecting intelligence to ensure optimum security protection for employees, customers and company assets.
  • Identifying emerging issues and communicating anomalies to management to raise security awareness.
  • Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conducting regular security audits and assessments.
  • Monitoring and managing security breaches by identifying, investigating, resolving and preparing incident reports on internal investigations.
  • Adhering to regulatory standards, protecting the company’s reputation and managing compliance to prevent operational risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management.
  • A minimum of 6 years security experience in a high value security environment and 3 years of which should be in a management role.
