WE’RE HIRING SPRAY PAINTER

Location & Requirements

Based in Tlokweng
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a spray painter

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming
• Mixing paints, stains, and finishes to match required colors & textures
• Applying spray coats work ensuring smooth, even finishes
• Maintaining spray artwork for quality and consistency
• Following workshop schedules schedules and meeting deadlines

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of different paints, lacquers, stains, and finishes
• Skilled in using HVLP spray guns, compressors, and finishing cycles
• Understanding of spray booth operations, filters, and ventilation
• Familiarity with spray jobs and hardworking

Soft Skills & Attributes
