Skybird Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to support and elevate guest experience standards across our luxury safari camps in Botswana. This role is suited to an experienced safari hospitality professional with extensive operational experience in luxury camps, particularly in food and beverage, service standards, and systems development. The successful candidate will work across multiple camps to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences, with a strong focus on food, dining, service standards and operational systems.

Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in senior hospitality management, including international hospitality experience and luxury safari camp operations, with strong expertise in food and beverage management and guest experience delivery.
- Proven experience developing and implementing hospitality standards across multiple camps or properties.
- Extensive experience in food and beverage leadership, supporting chefs and camp managers in maintaining high culinary, dining, and service standards.
- Experience working with procurement systems, stock management processes, and operational reporting systems.
- Proven ability to work across multiple remote camps and collaborate with camp management teams, chefs, and operational leadership.
- Strong operational understanding of luxury safari camp logistics, supply chains, and service delivery in remote environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to drive continuous improvement in guest-facing standards.
