Key Responsibilities

• Having experience of independently handling of Material preferably in Transmission Line Projects.
• Having experience in Custom Clearance for Export Supply Items by maintaining proper record.
• Issue of Materials to the installation agency.
• Reconciliation of materials.
• Having knowledge of Proper Storage Materials including records, formality with location etc.
• Co-ordination with Client Store Team for necessary Clearance & Issuance of Materials.
• Knowledge in Taxes & Duties of Supply Items will be an added advantage.
• Facing site audits (Technical & Management System).
• Necessary support to execution team for processing of Store Documents.
• Conversant with Botswana Quality, Safety Rules & Regulation.
• Maintaining Safety Rules & regulation at Site asper advice of SHE Officer.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor Degree with Specialisation in Store Management
• Experience: 4 – 6 Years
