Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Oversee store induction, and ongoing staff development to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and franchise standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with franchisors and senior management to align operational standards and updates.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Experience in franchise store management.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve performance goals.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years overall experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) and operations management.
- Relevant certifications in management or operations (added advantage).
- Experience in the restaurant or franchise sector is preferred.
