Champs Oils (Pty) Ltd is seeking to appoint a STORES/STOCK CONTROLLER. Champs Oils (Pty) Ltd is a growing company in the oil blending and packaging industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining operational excellence. Tenure: 3 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability to meet operational demands.
- Conduct routine stock counts and participate in periodic stock takes.
- Verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Inspect deliveries for quantity, quality, and damages.
- Ensure timely and accurate capturing of received stock into the system.
- Prepare and issue stock for dispatch in line with approved requisitions.
- Monitor and control stock to minimize damages, expiries, and losses.
- Prepare regular stock reports, including variances and stock status.
- Maintain accurate documentation (delivery notes, stock sheets).
- Communicate stock shortages, surpluses, and critical levels, Support planning and forecasting of stock requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in supply chain or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
