To drive the development, execution and reporting of the Institution’s Strategic Plan by ensuring alignment of strategic objectives with operations, managing and monitoring projects, analysing institutional performance data and coordinating the prioritisation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and periodic review of the Institution’s strategic and operational plans and facilitates departmental alignment sessions and tracks cascading of strategy.
- Plan and execute strategic projects from initiation to closure.
- Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and reports on alignment with the Institution’s strategic objectives.
- Map, analyse and make recommendations on business processes to improve efficiency, quality and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track progress of strategic KPIs.
- Conduct environmental scanning (PESTLE, SWOT, competitor analysis) to inform decision-making and provides insights and recommendations on emerging trends, innovations and risks.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders for data gathering, collaboration and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and internal controls.
- Support change management and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Prepare reports highlighting trends, progress and recommendations for management.
- Support risk identification and mitigation planning for strategic initiatives.

- Experience in the higher education sector is an advantage.
