Applications are invited from suitably qualified, results oriented, well experienced and self-driven citizens of Botswana for the below listed positions tenable at Botswana Prison Service.

GRADE: D2 (P332 592 – P367 212)
JOB TITLE: SUPERINTENDENT (PRINCIPAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST I) X1

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Services/Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology/ Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Management plus Certificate in Management Services.

• Member of Institute of Management Services

• At least four (4) years’ post qualification experience of which one (1) year must be served at Salary Scale D3 or its equivalence.

TRAINING

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an eighteen (18) months Diploma in Correctional Management.
