Engaged in Construction of 600 MW power plant at Mmamabula, along with the related infrastructure works. PPEL intends to have a strong presence in Botswana and to contribute substantially in nation building through job creation and community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Having good knowledge in Construction of 400kV HT Transmission Line Project, Switchyard etc.
- Having experience of independently handling of Civil & Structural Site Activities preferably of Transmission Line Projects.
- Having experience of complete Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Civil Foundation for Transmission Line Towers, Gantries etc.
- Having experience of complete Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Structure with all accessories for Transmission Line Tower, Gantry etc.
- Work Scheduling
- Review & Monitoring Site progress
- Contract Management
- Effective Site / Vendor Management
- Checking of Erection Contractor Measurement Sheet & Billing
- Client Billing
- PG / Handover
- Preparation of As-built drawing.
- Conversant with Botswana Safety Rules & Regulation.
- Maintaining Safety Rules & regulation at Site asper advice of SHE Officer.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Diploma / Degree In Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4 – 6 Years
