Standard benefits usually include medical aid coverage, pension contributions through the Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund or private schemes, and annual leave as prescribed by Botswana labour law. Many mining operations provide housing allowances or accommodation, transport to remote sites, and overtime pay. Specific packages vary significantly by employer and employment contract type.
How should I apply for a Survey Assistant position, and what do Botswana mining employers look for in candidates?
Submit applications through company career portals, recruitment agencies, or directly to human resources departments with a detailed CV and certified copies of qualifications.
