Requirements
- Diploma in Mine Surveying, Geomatics or related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ post-qualification experience in mine surveying, including at least two (2) years in a mechanised underground mining environment.
- Proficiency in the operation of Leica Total Stations, MS60, CMS, and drone surveying technologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Deswik CAD, Leica Infinity, and Cyclone 3D software.
- Sound understanding of underground control networks and traversing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of survey QA/QC processes and data validation methods.
- Membership of a recognised professional body (IMSSA, SAGC, ERB, or equivalent).
