Dikwata Savings and Credit Cooperative Society (Dikwata SACCOS), is a Financial Cooperative serving members of the Botswana Defence Force and we are committed to achieving financial freedom for our members. We are currently seeking for qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions to join our team.
To manage and coordinate daily Information Technology (IT) operations to ensure smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitors and implements IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manages computer systems, hardware, software, and networks within an organization.
- Provides technical guidance and training to staff on IT systems, tools, and best practices to enhance their technical skills and proficiency.
- Implements and maintains cybersecurity measures to protect the organization’s data, networks, and systems from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
- Conducts Data Protection Impact Assessments and manage any potential risks to organisational data.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Related field
- Experience: At least 4 years post qualification experience
- Added Advantage: Oracle or Windows (Microsoft) certifications, plus database, network, or security baseline certifications.
Salary
P203,400.00 per annum
