- Direct the design, construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Oversee technology transfer, process validation, equipment qualification, and facility validation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing performance.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across production, engineering, quality assurance, validation, and technical services.
- Manage greenfield and brownfield pharmaceutical manufacturing projects from concept through commercial production.
