Organization Name: Irvine’s. We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Technical Sales Advisor – Poultry to provide expert technical support to poultry farmers and internal teams. The successful candidate will assist customers in improving flock performance, biosecurity, feeding programs, and overall farm management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advisory services to poultry farmers and poultry producers.
- Monitor flock performance and recommend improvements in management, nutrition, and health programs.
- Conduct farm visits to assess production systems and troubleshoot challenges.
- Train farmers and farm staff on best practices in broiler production and biosecurity.
- Support the sales team with technical product knowledge and customer education.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain records of farm visits and performance data.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and poultry health management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in poultry production.
- Strong knowledge of broiler nutrition, flock management, and biosecurity protocols.
- Ability to analyze production data and provide practical recommendations.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to farms.
