TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Bret Engineering (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Technical Specialist in a diesel plant workshop to play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective repair and maintenance services.

Qualifications: National Craft Certificate/ Equivalent.

Experience: Must have ten (10) years Qualification experience in technical expertise on Diagnosing Diesel Plant Engines.

Of the above, at least five (5) years should have been served at Senior Management Level,

And at least Ten (10) years experience in open pit mining environment.

Role Overview.

• Diagnosing complex issues, Using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on overhauls on plant diesel engines and other critical components.
• Providing technical expertise and offering guidance and support in the workshop.
• Collaborating with customers to understand their needs, providing recommendations.
• Have Knowledge of working on Liebherr, Cat and Komatsu Plant Equipment’s.
• Keeping current with latest technologies, tools and techniques.
