COS Systems Botswana is hiring a Techno-Commercial Trainee with foundational knowledge in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Pre-Sales Support: RFQs, quotations, tenders, and pipeline tracking.
- Business Development: Lead generation, client engagement, market support.
- Project & Vendor Coordination: Project tracking, supplier liaison, delivery support.
- Reporting & Documentation: BOQs, cost sheets, CRM, and management reports.
Requirements
- Diploma in: Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Understanding of E&I systems
- Ability to interpret basic technical specifications.
- Proficient in English
- Strong verbal & written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
