Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning of vehicle interior and exterior to our high standards
- Vehicle quality control including identification and reporting of expired licence
- refueling vehicle and checking pressure and oil/water and other fluids after every rental
- Delivering vehicles to customers in accordance with our procedures
- Delivery of branch transfers ,service duesand damages to relevant suppliers
- Provide excellent customer services , effectively assisting with customers
- Responsible for the security and quality control of vehicles and other company properties
- Handling vehicles checks -ins accordance with company , quality control and claim procedures
Requirements
- 1-3 years relevant driving experience
- BGCSE & tertiary Qualification
- A valid drivers licence – must be 2 years driving experience -manual& auto
- Computer literate ( basic level will suffice)
- Must be fully bilingual and able to communicate with customers effectively in english
- Ability to read map or make use of GPS system
