Requirements
- Must hold an degree in mechanical and production engineering
- Post graduate diplomas/certificates will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in computer and management tools eg. Pastel evolution and sap will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the cigarette and allied industries with extensive training in tobacco machines
- Must be well versed with all tobacco and cigarettes aspects and protocols to train other suitable candidates
- Must be competent in designing plant layouts, installations and commissioning of tobacco machines
