About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Transmission Engineer to maintain uptime and quality of communications systems by undertaking period preventative maintenance activities and ensure faults are managed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Have a good command of the O&M process, and be familiar with the troubleshooting process and problem reporting process.
1. Be sensitive to cyber security and be able to independently handle network problems.
1. Strong communication skills are preferred
1. Monitors and coordinates effective maintenance of faults
1. Support customer to deal equipment operation and service configuration

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Radio or Computer engineering or related field.
1. Experience: Have relevant product skills. Have at least three years of maintenance experience. Have at least five years of work experience in the core network datacom field.
1. Soft Skills: Problem-solving, People management, knowledge of microwave and IP technologies, and stakeholder communication
