Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fleet availability, vehicle allocation and driver schedules.
- Ensure servicing, repairs, inspections, licensing and roadworthiness are up to date.
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, GPS tracking, maintenance and fleet costs.
- Enforce driver safety, compliance and company fleet policies.
- Manage breakdowns, accidents, incident reporting and corrective action.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Fleet Management, Transport, Logistics or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in fleet, transport or logistics management.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel control, GPS tracking and fleet administration.
- Good knowledge of Botswana transport, safety and compliance requirements.
