Key Responsibilities

• **For Scaffolding Erectors:**
  • Erect, dismantle and modify scaffolding structures as per drawings and safety standards.
  • Ensure scaffolding is safe, stable and compliant with project requirements.
  • Inspect materials and report defects.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• **For Scaffolding Inspectors:**
  • Inspect scaffolding before use and at regular intervals.
  • Ensure compliance with scaffold standards, regulations and safety rules.
  • Prepare inspection reports and issue tags.
  • Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• **For Office Administrators:**
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the project team.
  • Manage correspondence, files, records and documentation.
  • Organize meetings, schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Support procurement, HR and finance administration.
• **For Cable Fitters:**
  • Install, terminate, test and troubleshoot cables (DC/AC) as per specifications.
  • Ensure proper routing, dressing and labelling of cables.
  • Read and interpret cable drawings and diagrams.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• For Scaffolding Erectors: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scaffolding Erector on construction, industrial or energy projects.
• For Scaffolding Inspectors: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scaffolding Inspector on construction, industrial or energy projects.
• For Office Administrators: Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Office Administrator in a busy project or corporate environment.
• For Cable Fitters: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Cable Fitter on solar, electrical or industrial projects.
