We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate Coordinator to manage and ensure distribution activities are completed efficiently and on time as per daily NDD and efficiently manage the dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily loading plan
- Supervises picking process & resources (picking, pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners)
- Ensures optimal and picking efficiencies
- Track waves and communicate any picking exceptions on a product
- Monitoring the shipping execution cockpit to ensure timeous completion of Truck Unit number (loads)
- Monitoring of timeous checking of loads & printing of invoices
- Supervise and lead a shift
Requirements
- Materials Management / CIPS Certificate / Diploma in relevant discipline
- Degree advantageous
- Minimum five (5) years Warehouse, Distribution &/or Logistics experience
- FMCG experience advantageous
- Excellent supervisory & people management skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Planning & organising
- Knowledge of EWM/SAP or similar systems
