Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the warehouse returns team to ensure efficient operations and high performance
• Manage daily returns warehouse operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards
• Ensure accurate stock control, reconciliations, and investigation of variances
• Verify returned stock against documentation and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee donations, staff sales, and stock disposal processes in line with company policy
• Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and food safety requirements
• Prepare operational reports, KPI tracking, and stock loss analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years’ warehouse experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
• FMCG experience advantageous
• Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar systems. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Stock control, reconciliation, and compliance focus
• Continuous improvement mindset
