- This tender is reserved for Citizen Contractors operating and domiciled in Selebi Phikwe East Constituency only.
- CIPA principal place of operation of a bidder shall be in Selebi Phikwe East Constituency, failure to which the bidder will not be considered.
- Local Procurement Preferential Treatment shall apply in this tender. A cumulative 3% preference margin will be applied to bidders who have completed the Local Procurement Registration Certificate.
