- This tender is reserved for WOMEN (Citizen Contractors) operating and domiciled in Selebi Phikwe West Constituency only. This is in line with Section 76 (2) (d) of the Public Procurement Act.
- CIPA principal place of operation of a bidder shall be in Selebi Phikwe West Constituency, failure to which the bidder will not be considered. CIPA locality should NOT have been changed during the floating of the tender i.e. 24th August 2026 to 14th September 2026. Locality is subject to online verification.
- The Directive Cab 19 (B) 2013: Local Procurement Scheme shall apply in this tender.
