Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock; maintain meticulous bin cards and system records.
- Workshop Support: Issue parts against approved job cards and ensure no stock leaves the store without authorization.
- Supplier Coordination: Work with procurement buyer and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Proactive Procurement: Monitor stock levels for fast-moving items (filters, brakes, belts) and coordinate with suppliers for quotes and orders.
