Overview of role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and being fully responsible for all Licensing/Sales Officers, Agents and liaising directly with Users, Government Departments, Business community and Agencies, the purpose of the position to develop and implement strategies to increase the number of licensed users and increase revenue.
Job description
- Review and recommend amendments to licensing policies, procedures and rules
- Formulate and recommend strategies and tactics for increasing number of licensed users
- Document, map and improve licensing processes
- Review and recommend appropriate tariffs
- Identify and segment users
- Negotiate tariffs and license conditions with users
- Approve or reject applications for licensing
- Grant licenses and issue certificates
- Ensure users are invoiced and royalties are collected
- Lead the monitoring of users to ensure they comply with license conditions
- Manage key accounts
- Supervise staff
- Perform any other relevant duties as directed by the Supervisor
Requirements, Education and Experience
- Degree in law, business administration, management, marketing and or sales, accounting or related field.

- Experience in Account Manager role in advertising agency can be added advantage
- Five (5) years’ experience in the relevant field with at least Two (2) years in management role. Valid driver’s license required.
