An opportunity has arisen for a global thinker to grow and develop to a senior position within the organization as per his/her identified career path.
This position is based in Gaborone.
Job Overview
The successful candidates will undergo a 2-year management trainee programme, with a view to be absorbed into the business upon successful completion of the programme and;
- Will be exposed to all the different trading divisions within the group, including property management, retail, tourism & hospitality, building manufacturing supply and financial services.
- Should be able to demonstrate leadership skills, be self-assured but not arrogant, driven and pro-active, possess the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, have a willingness to roll up your sleeves, adhere to deadlines and take ownership of your projects.
Requirements
- Must be a Botswana citizen.
- Hold a Post graduate degree in Management, Finance or equivalent from a reputable institution (MBA will be an added advantage).
- Be fluent in English and Setswana.
