Managing Director – Mineral Services

• Entrepreneurial leadership and overall direction of the Mineral Services Group of companies in Botswana and the Southern Africa region
• Technical direction of exploration strategies for precious stones and other commodities for programs undertaken by the Company on behalf of clients and partners
• Maintain and develop strong relationships in the international resource exploration sector

• Secure financing for exploration and technical development projects in the international capital markets and other appropriate funding avenues
• Technical derection of Mineral Services proprietary “Remote Mapper” airborne Remote Piloted Aircraft (“RPA”) airborne magnetometer system, a program accredited by the Botswana Innovation Hub

Other roles reasonably pertaining to the nature of the Company’s business

• Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
• Minimum of a BSc (Hons) degree in relevant geoscience discipline

• Internationally recognised aviation qualification relevant to technical oversight of the Company’s proprietary Remote Mapper RPA program
• At least twenty years of relevant experience in the minerals exploration sector
• At least ten years experience as Managing Director or equivalent role in a similar enterprise
• Internationally recognised technical expertise and reputation in the diamond exploration sector, appropriate to a senior technical leadership position in a specialist international consulting Group
• Technical and business experience and competence relevant for oversight and direction of the “Remote
• Mapper” RPA magnetometer system, or similar RPA/airborne magnetometer survey systems
