Duties include the following:
- Securing & managing meetings, deadlines and action items
- Drafting communications, briefings & strategic documents
- Event management
- Assisting in research
- Administration and logistics in support of management
- Translation of documents
- Developing your professional competence and work ethic for future opportunities Benefits include:

Minimum Requirements:
- BGSCE/Matric equivalent certificate obtained on or after 2014
- Computer literate
- Out of school
- English & Tswana Fluency
- Based in Gaborone or the Greater Gaborone areas Other requirements:
- Clean criminal record
- Clean credit record
Desirable requirements:
- Fluency in a third local language (Kalanga, Sesarwa, etc.)
- Mathematical/Accounting competence
- Max 2 years admin/secretarial/support experience
- Drivers Licence
- Regular access to internet
