Working within Executive Department, reporting to the MD, the incumbent will be responsible for full range of secretarial and office management services to MD and other members of the Executive Management team.

Key Performance Areas
– Provision of secretarial and office management services
– Reception of visitors, telephone calls and mail distribution
– Provision and management of stationery suppliers
– Handling client enquiries and queries
– Organise travel logistics for the Department
– Cost control
– staff supervision and development of subordinates
Competencies
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong office administration skills
– Excellent customer service delivery
– Courtesy, timely and appropriate visitor reception
– Availability of stationery stock within required levels
– Cost savings
– Accuracy, availability and easy retrieval of records
Requirements
– Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent with fluency in Setswana and English
– At least 3 years relevant work experience
– Computer literacy
