Purpose of Post

• Staff training and managing forecourt.

Key Areas

• Playing a supervisory role in the forecourt and serving as a liaison between Management and the Forecourt Staff.

Main Duties Include

1. Make sure all petrol attendants go through staff training tool kit.

2. Managing relationships with external stakeholders e.g Retailer (Shell/Vivo)

3. Facilitate Forecourt staff meetings.

4. To carry out marketing activities in assuring customers are aware of the available products and lubricants.

5. Ensuring of staff HSSE and ABC training requirements.

6. Raising awareness about any promotions available.

7. Take full responsibility of all problems that arises between customers and attendants. Rather pay attention to any queries raised by customers.

8. Receiving wet stock deliveries and communicate dips after every shift.

9. Retraining of employees who need a refresher, as well as, induction of new employees.

Minimum Requirements (Qualifications, Experience & Competencies)

The Person must have;

• Two (2) years’ experience in the fuel industry with a minimum requirement of an Advanced Certificate in Quality Marshall
• Team leader
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Cooperation and team spirit
• Problem Solving skills
